[Scribus] resizing graphics inside a frame - a novice question

A good tip is:
- Import the image
- On the palette Properties > Scale to the frame size
- On the frame, right-clik and Scale the frame to the image
- Then you can resize the image with Ctrl + mouse by clicking on the 
right bottom corner, and you'll keep the proportions of the image and or 
the frame.
