[Scribus] Win32 Port Status?

The source code, is what you see in CVS.. as is the OSX code. We do not plan 
on having separate trees. What IS missing is the build stuff.

I would expect with 1.3.2 we will be able to release a beta or eve developers 
release level of the Win32 port.
