[Scribus] Dependencies problem

If I recall correctly, you can use "yum" instead of "rpm" to install the
package, and it'll automatically fetch any required dependencies from
the standard Fedora and Fedora Extras repositories.

Try, as root:

yum install /path/to/scribus.rpm
