[Scribus] PDF size

Hi Owen,

just read this and might add that compression of pixmaps can play a 
major role. I found that relying on the "Auto" compression will result 
in giant PDFs. Instead, I set this to a manual value, fair to poor 
quality will do for me, and it reduces the file size tremendously.
