[Scribus] scribus default font has no uk pound symbol
Fri May 20 11:17:14 CEST 2005
i've had a look at this over the last few days and have concluded:
* the myfonts.com typeface includes a ? symbol
* the version that appears on mandrake 10.2 does not
- i've tried browsing all the characters with thngs like the
from both OpenOffice as well as scribus. the OO browser
allows you to select the character
sets such as latin-1, extended, etc
i guess i'll have to try using a different face. i did try adding a new font
directory with a free to download face called BlueHIghway but its appearance
was very different!

Sorry, not corrupted. When you select the mapping for Windows, arrows
appear in many glyphs.
