With Scribus 1.2.1 you also get EPS- and PDF-files containing all 409 glyphs 
(which print fine), with 1.2.2.1 only the mentioned 220. Therefore the reason 
must be somewhere in the changes from Scribus 1.2.1 to 1.2.2.1.
