[Scribus] Advertisements with Scribus

If the items are ultimately meant to be printed, PDF really does make
the most sense.  Alternately, you could export as a PNG and post that.
I have been preparing materials for Ohio Linux Fest, and have made some
printed materials available as PNG and PDF for similar reasons to what
you described.
