[Scribus] Make error Oct3

Well I did a few things and caused a lot of errors. But basically, I
can't get Scribus to compile without removing the "setModal=(true)"
from the file:

plugins/scripter/valuedialog.cpp

I tried installing Qt 3.2.2 but I only succeeded in messing up my
startup kdeinit, so I went back to using Qt 3.1.2.

Since I am using Mandrake 9.2 with KDE 3.1, I was wondering if that's
why KDE doesn't work with Qt 3.2.2.... probably not the reason.

Finally, I went to my other machine and got the latest cvs (today) and
compiled it on Fedora Core2. I didn't have to reset anything, just used
what it has.
No problems. It works like a charm. I can import Open Office text and
html's just fine. It saves a lot of time.

Scribus is first class! Thanks again to everyone working on the project.

Fortunately I can share files quite nicely with SAMBA between Mandrake
9.2 and Fedora Core 2
