[Scribus] hype dicts

Hi

what language? the format is the same as oo.o, with one line added at
the top that indicates the encoding , eg 
ISO8859-1

if you add that line like in the current files as above.. you can use
OO.o hyphenation files.

> and what exactly do i do with the translated .ts file?

If you have done the translation, please  create a login on
bugs.scribus.net, create a new bug there, upload the file into the bug.
