[Scribus] export pdf;cvs now

Unfortunately there has been a "disaster" (ie some sort of fire we have
heard) in the networking area of the university where the .org.uk site
is held, and also the public anoncvs server. Once the network is
restored, CVS and the .org.uk site will be available again. This wont
have affected the servers.. just the net access.

Until that time, please use the www.scribus.net address for the homepage
access.
