[Scribus] copy/paste bug in 1.1.2

Hi G?ran,

so the second one is reproducable? Maybe the first has something to do
with the redhat 9 default language settings then ... (I probably should'be
mentioned I was using redhat 9, all patches applied). So maybe
somebody with access to redhat 9 can try to reporduce this as well?
