[Scribus] compile in Arch Linux

This is *nothing* to do with the Qt configuration, or what in in 
/etc/ld.conf.so !

You guys need to *read* the information in config.log;  this is a *bug* in 
the Scribus configure script -- the test for Qt is *broken* !

I have seen this exact same problem reported several times, for builds on a 
number of different platforms;  indeed, I have reported it myself, for 
building on Mandrake 8.2 + updates to get to Qt 3.0.5.  I wish I knew how to 
fix it myself, but it is beyond my present capabilities.

I would love to be able to use Scribus on my Linux box;  Serif PagePlus is 
the only app still tying me to an M$ environment, which I would dearly like 
to ditch forever.  Please, can some of the Scribus developers have a look at 
this, for at the moment your app is unusable for me (and clearly many others)?
