[scribus-dev] implementing modern spelling and grammar checking

I take it the main difference from something like aspell is that modern
spell checkers take a passage of text and return arrays of
possible spelling or grammar corrections for a block of text in the passage
where as aspell just takes words and does an ngram or similar.
