[scribus-dev] no icons found :(

at this moment 
"*|-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/home/username/scribusinstall/" 
|*|appears to be what the main issue was.  Doing the DESTDIR after using 
cmake with the -DCMAKE flag looks like it messed things up!|
