I am working on adding new feature and now I need to save it. Best Regards Dawood -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... We try to make ebooks the most accessible possible, but we also produce large letters prints and conversion to braille for the same books. We are about 200 persons working in this field only in France, mainly in non profit organizations. Surely many more over the world. we use various workflows according to the input and output format. Mainly we use text editors and some of us use sigil for epub and indesign for epub and largeprint. We also use xmldtbook and others xml grammars imports in indesign or via DAISY Pipeline. Because many reasons, i'm looking way to do the same using scribus. I can't find the needed options in 1.4.6, nor in 1.5.4. I'm wondering if there's a chance to get thoses features in a futur Scribus version : - importing xml and asigning styles to tags - assigning html tags to styles (for exemple tag "h1" for style "title") - export as xml dtbook - export as reflowable epub3 (with clean code and possibility to import extern css file). - more options in styles like pagebreaks, bloc breaks, column break, highlighting, etc. I could participate, but got no coding capacities (except for markup languages). Thank you for your attention, and for all the good work done. Gautier. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... CxF not only enables the use of spectral colours in graphics applications, but also allows for the use of different versions of a colour palette within a single file (e.g. sRGB, AdobeRGB, CMYK [FOGRA39], CMYK [FOGRA52] etc.). You can now choose the version required for a particular project upon import. Updated versions for Windows are already available, DMGs for Mac will be available soon under https://sourceforge.net/projects/scribus/files/scribus-svn/1.5.4.svn/ Linux testers can build the update as usual, because there are no new dependencies involved. Happy testing and many thanks to Jean Ghali for the implementation! You'll find an introduction to CxF3 here: https://www.xrite.com/en/page/cxf-color-exchange-format. I suggest you read at least the White paper. As was the case with PDF/X-3 and HLC support, Scribus is an early adapter and will serve as a reference implementation for the new DIN SPEC "Open Colour Communication". Christoph From dawood.albadi at gmail.com Wed Mar 28 09:28:00 2018 From: dawood.albadi at gmail.com (Dawood al-badi) Date: Wed, 28 Mar 2018 13:28:00 +0400 Subject: [scribus-dev] Numeration Message-ID: Hello scribus dev As a member of OMAN_HOST team we started to solve numeration problems. After some testing we finalize the problems in 6 points. 1- Levels: When you start with level 2 or 3 instead of 1, scribus will add 0 before the num 01 level 2 001 level 3 but the right num suppose to be 1.1 for level 2 and 1.1.1 for level 3. Notice that if you started with level 1 and then u add level 2 and then level 3 every thing will be good regards level. 2- Suffix and Prefix: According to other text styles editor suffix will be after the num and prefix will be before like following: ( -1. ) if we consider (-) to be prefix and (.) to be suffix. In levels the normal way is( -1.1. ) but scribus will do ( -1.-1. ). Scribus will ad prefix and suffix at every level. For this issue I think we should remove suffix and prefix from Numeration class. 3- Separator: Again regarding level we need to allow user to specify level separator 1(.)1. 4- Delete num in the middle: In some cases delete button doesn't delete numbered list. 5- Add indentation option to intend the numbered list, this good for sub-levels. 6-Fix update numbered list styles. If you have any comments regard what I explain above or any other issues regarding to Numeration please mention them for me. you can follow up us on OMAN-HOST github on the following link: https://github.com/HOST-Oman/scribus/issues/244 Best Regards Dawood AlBadi -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
