We made some progress, all export formats should be working, rendering
text with Cairo/FreeType is now reliably working (after long nights of
debugging and poking into the internals of Cairo and FreeType to find it
is all the fault of some Scribus code somewhere else) with fallback when
Cairo/FreeType is missing (though the Cairo/FreeType rendering is nicer
and much faster).

However path text is still not fully working, and there are some small
issues to fix. Hopefully the patches will be ready during this week.

Khaled
