I wrote a short note to our OIF contact Christian Ambaud yesterday but I
can write an even more warmful one in the name of the Scribus
community/team.

I also support the warm thanks to Pierre Marchand who opened the path along
with the team 6 years ago. He was not successful but his work and his
enthusiasm certainly gave hope to many of us that it would be possible, one
day.

Congratulations to every contributors!

as far i can tell somebody got forgotten in this list: the OIF
(organisation internationale de la francophonie).

of course, fahad, khaled and the HOST students did a wonderful and hard
work and without all of them, CTL would be so far away from being a
reality!

congratulation also from my side!

but we should not forget the efforts that have been done in the past
(so thanks to pierre marchand, too!)

i would suggest that the team officially sends an email to the OIF
thanking for their support and telling them that the code they did
finance, support and push finally has made it into the trunk!

as far as i know, they are still pushing scribus in their projects and
they will probably pleased to know that they can soon do so also for
languages that use the arabic script!

ciao
