IMO, we should call this MAB page 'The Dirty Dozen'.

Options:
1) Give it a spaghetti western theme and flair. Yeehaw!
2) We could mirror this list via MantisBT using RSS on to a wiki page so
the page stays dynamic.
3) Maybe have a 'Previous' list and highlight the person/group who tackled
the bug
4) If a major bug is fixed the person/crew all get Turn Ferguson Cowboy
hats (https://plus.google.com/115796591169144767652/posts)
