[scribus-dev] Is there a way to show the compiled build revision # for a dev build

Near the top of about.cpp you can find it hard-coded:

         QString BUILD_DAY = "29";
         QString BUILD_MONTH = CommonStrings::may;
         QString BUILD_YEAR = "2014";
