Hi Hiroshi,

Your patch makes changes in scpainterex_cairo.cpp which assumes the availability of
freetype font backend in cairo. This is not correct and won't work on Windows. Also i
think a better approach would be to create a new print engine class
(scprintengine_cairo.*) so as to preserve cmyk output capabilities in the postscript based
print engine.
