[scribus-dev] Announce: Scribus 1.4.0 RC6 Release

Great news!
Just so it is clear, the fact that Tiger is mentioned for the OS X download
does mean Tiger and up, right? or is there a upper limit? I currently run
10.6 (snow leopard), can I install this .dmg?
Sorry in advance if it seems obvious from the dev end but I need to make
sure and I guess that the info would also be relevant to others.
