I think so too, as long as things are kept realistic.
What a.l.e. is saying sounds reasonable to me. It is of course
important to keep extendibility and good design in mind when you know
something isn't going to be finished (which in all honesty nothing
ever is, so that last condition could be left out).
I have an exam coming up on Monday that I need to focus on, but after
that I hope to spend some time doing a bit more research and then
write a draft proposal.
