Putting versions against these is a bit early. We need to see bugs with
diffs for each change. Once we see the diff, we can see the complexity
of the change, and therefore judge the impact. Low impact might mean ok
for 1.4.1.

And yes, 1.6 should be released next year, at a guess. No reason why not.
