Hi Osama,

Thank you very much for contacting us. Help with this issue is certainly much 
appreciated, not only for RTL scripts/languages, but also mixed writing 
directions in a single text (e.g. English and Arabic). Moreover, assistance 
with typographic details from someone who's familiar with them would be 
extremely helpful.

Currently, one of our developers, Pierre Marchand, is working on a complete 
rewrite of the text engine, so maybe you should contact him directly.You can 
find his email address in the "About" dialog of Scribus (Help > About Scribus 
> Authors).
