You _never_ told me about work on icons. Check.

I _never_ said anything about the team not working on UI design for 1.5. Check.

Ah, books and documentation is a good point. And exactly a good reason
why UI should be well thought out with outlook into future. But if you
think about how many people download and use Scribus (lots) and how
many buy books (comparatively few), then you probably want to revisit
the idea of not touching icons in 1.4.
