at the beginning of 2010, christoph asked me to do a proposal for a new 
website. malex got it and tried to do something out of it.

my proposal has been for month in the wiki... not much comments on it.

do we really need a competition? is it not clear how a scribus website 
should look like?

if you want a static page with some includes, i can do one for you... 
you'll get it at the beginning of february 2011. but i don't have the 
time to manage a cms for scribus.

i will look for a graphic artist to take care of the look and feel and 
sort out the accessibility details with an interaction designer.
